Eat, Drink, and Be Mine Valentine's Dinner to support High Mountain Youth Project
Treat your sweetheart or dear friends to a gourmet Valentine's Dinner while supporting High Mountain Youth Project's mission to provide a comprehensive safety net for youth experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable youth
Chefs Brendan, Tony, Mike, and Che are preparing a delightful 4 course dinner and Noisy Water Winery will pair the wine for each course. Classical guitarist Tomås Vigil will add to the romantic atmosphere.
Cocktails (cash bar) at 5:30 P.M.
Dinner served at 6:00 P.M.

First course appetizer by Chef Tony Gomez
Pork Belly on Leek Nori Mosaic with red wine pork jus
Second Course Salad by Chef Mike James
Lemon Grass Poached Shrimp Salad with Texas pink grapefruit and jicama chips, dressed with poppy dressing
Third course Main course By Chef Brendan Gochenour
Roasted Beef Tenderloin with toasted horseradish quinoa, black garlic sauce, and red wine drizzle
Fourth Course Dessert by Chef Chi Vasquez
"Dark Passion" – Passion fruit curd in an edible chocolate bowl, topped with gooseberry compote and aromatic pearls
